The residence is placed 600 mt far away from Gressoney Saint Jean’ s centre near Savoia Castle, Queen Margherita summer residence, and in a very quiet ambience with no road traffic, in order to have both sport and relaxing holiday.

 Residence is closed to cross country tracks and more or less 1,5 km far from Weissmatten downhill skiing ground ( international track ), linked to Monterosaski by a shuttle service.
